What is CleanBamboo™ and how is it different from traditional bamboo?
CleanBamboo™ is our signature lyocell fabric made from 100% organic bamboo. Unlike traditional viscose, our closed-loop process uses a non-toxic solvent and recycles 98% of the water, resulting in a significantly softer, more durable, and eco-friendly material.
How do I care for my ettitude bedding and bath products?
To maintain the quality of your linens, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild, liquid detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and dryer balls, as these can damage the delicate bamboo fibers.
Do you offer a sleep trial for your sheets?
Yes, we offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your sheets, duvet cover, or pillowcases, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if they have been washed and used.
When will my order ship and how much is shipping?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Are your products hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our CleanBamboo™ fabric is naturally hypoallergenic, breathable, and moisture-wicking. It is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning it is free from harmful chemicals and safe for even the most sensitive skin types.
